Leröy Smögen Seafood AB is looking for more food operators for our facility in Kungshamn

We are a complete supplier of fish and seafood products to both grocery stores, restaurants, and large kitchens. Our production includes everything from fresh and frozen fish products to refined delicacies such as smoked salmon, seafood in brine, and flavorful salads.

About the role of food operator

In the role of food operator, you will work with several steps in the production chain – from preparation to finished product. Your tasks may include:

• Preparing and handling raw materials, e.g., arranging on smoking trolleys or curing
• Restocking materials such as raw materials, ingredients, and packaging
• Driving forklifts and transporting materials
• Conducting quality controls and following hygiene and safety procedures
• Monitoring production, addressing any downtime, and making adjustments as needed
• Participating in our continuous improvement efforts for an even more efficient and sustainable production

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You take initiative, find it easy to collaborate, and want to contribute to a good working atmosphere. Previous experience in food production is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

A forklift license is a plus but not a requirement – the right person will receive the necessary training.
